Ministry of Education Approves B. Ed. Graduates for Teacher Vacancies 2023
The Ministry of Education Announces Recruitment of B. Ed. Graduates for Teacher Vacancies in National and Provincial Schools Islandwide
Ministry of Education Announces that Approval has been granted for the recruitment of B. Ed. Graduates for teacher vacancies in Sinhala, Tamil, and English medium schools across the country. However, this approval is subject to financial provisions allocated for the year 2023 and will only cover vacancies in Sabaragamuwa, North Central, North Western, Western, Southern and Northern Provinces.
Unfortunately, the Ministry has not approved the recruitment
of B. Ed. Graduates for teacher vacancies in the Sri Lanka Teachers' Service in
Central, Eastern and Uva provinces. This decision is due to inadequate
financial provisions allocated for the year 2023.
