Entry Qualification -
a registered nurse with the General Nursing Diploma, and
registering with the Sri Lanka Nursing Council or Sri Lanka Medical Council as a nurse,
registering with the Sri Lanka Nursing Council or Sri Lanka Medical Council as a nurse,
having at least two years of nursing service experience
And
having one of these:
three pass grades in any GCE (A/L) biology subject. These three passes must be obtained in biology, physics, and chemistry from the new curriculum or from one of the following: botany, zoology, physics, or chemistry from the previous syllabus.
Or
the 18-month Post Basic Nursing Diploma from Eastern University in Sri Lanka or the Post Basic College of Nursing, or
The qualifications that Eastern University's senate in Sri Lanka will accept
