A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, with a minimum of 2 years managerial experience,

Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management (PQHRM) or National Diploma in Human Resource Management (NDHRM) of the Chartered Institute of Perso er equivalent
or
higher educational and professional qualifications acceptable to the Senate.
