ශ්රී ලංකා ජර්මානු දුම්රිය කාර්මික අභ්යාස ආයතනය (රත්මලාන) - 2026 ආධුනිකයන් බඳවා ගැනීම
මෙම ආයතනය මගින් පහත සඳහන් වෘත්තීය පාඨමාලා 04 සඳහා ආධුනිකයන් බඳවා ගනු ලැබේ:
පාඨමාලා (Courses):
- ඩීසල් එන්ජින් යාන්ත්රික (Diesel Engine Mechanist)
- වෑල්ඩින්කරු (Welder)
- විදුලි කාර්මික - බල (Electrician - Power)
- යන්ත්ර ක්රියාකරු - සාමාන්ය (Machinist - Ordinary)
මූලික සුදුසුකම්:
- වයස: 2026.02.02 දිනට වයස අවුරුදු 16 - 25 අතර විය යුතුය.
- අධ්යාපනය: අ.පො.ස (සා/පෙළ) විභාගය එකවර විෂයයන් 6 කින් සමත් වී තිබිය යුතුය. (සිංහල/දෙමළ/ඉංග්රීසි භාෂාව සහ විද්යාව විෂයයන් ඇතුළුව සම්මාන සමාර්ථ 4ක් සහිතව).

இந்நிலையத்தினால் பின்வரும் 04 தொழிற்பயிற்சி பாடநெறிகளுக்காக விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்படுகின்றன:
பாடநெறிகள் (Courses):
- டீசல் இயந்திர மெக்கானிக் (Diesel Engine Mechanist)
- வெல்டர் (Welder)
- எலக்ட்ரீஷியன் - பவர் (Electrician - Power)
- மெஷினிஸ்ட் (Machinist - Ordinary)
தகைமைகள்:
- வயது: 2026.02.02 அன்று 16 - 25 வயதிற்கு இடைப்பட்டவராக இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.
- கல்வி: க.பொ.த (சா/தர) பரீட்சையில் ஒரே அமர்வில் 6 பாடங்களில் சித்தியடைந்திருத்தல் வேண்டும். (சிங்களம்/தமிழ்/ஆங்கில மொழி மற்றும் விஞ்ஞான பாடம் உள்ளடங்கலாக 4 திறமைச் சித்திகளுடன்).

Admission of Apprentices - 2026
Applications are invited from citizens of Sri Lanka who fulfill the minimum qualifications for admission as Apprentices for the year 2026.
1. Available Training Courses
75 apprentices will be selected for the following 04 vocational courses. Selected apprentices will follow an institutional and worksite training of 03 years.The courses will be conducted in the Sinhala medium only.

2. Minimum Qualifications
- Age Limit: Should be between the years of age 16-25 as at 02.02.2026.
- Educational Qualifications: Passed the G.C.E. (O/L) examination at one sitting with six subjects including:
- Sinhala / Tamil / English Language
- Science
- Four credits for any four subjects
Note: Qualifications must be fulfilled on or before the closing date[cite: 12].
3. Selection Procedure
- Selection is made through Written & Practical tests.
- Written Test Subjects: Mathematics, Basic Technical Skills, General Knowledge & Intelligence Quotient.
- Candidates scoring the highest in the written test will be called for the practical test.
- Final selection is based on the highest aggregate score of both tests.
4. Examination Fee
A non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000/= must be paid.
- Bank: Any branch of People's Bank.

5. Method of Application
Applicants must submit applications via Both Online and Registered Post.

Prepare the application (A4 size) according to the specimen, attach the payment receipt, and send it by registered post to:

Top left-hand corner of the envelope should be marked: "S.L.G.R.T.T. C./2026".
Important Notes
- Selected trainees must sign a bond with the Sri Lanka Railway Department.
- While priority for jobs is given to those who complete training, the Department is not liable to offer jobs to all apprentices[cite: 45].
