Longer lifespans and reduced rates of maternal and child mortality as a result of improvements in health care and a decline in world poverty have resulted in a world with more people than ever before!
Eight billion people symbolize an unlimited number of possibilities.
You can enter a film competition being held by UNFPA Sri Lanka to offer your inventive responses to the problems facing our society. Your suggestions can help create a just and sustainable world for all of us.
open to all Sri Lankan citizens. To access:
- Pick one of the competition's subjects.
- Discover a specific issue related to the topic you've picked by doing some research, then provide a viable solution.
- Create a 1-2 minute video outlining the problem and your fix.

- Utilize the online entry form to submit the YouTube link.
- Share your video to increase views.
Children - Individuals or groups under the age of 18 are allowed to submit a video.
Open: Anyone above the age of 18 may submit a video either individually or in a group.
group - A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 people should make up a entry.
The deadline for submissions is January 15, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.
