ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
All applicants should be above 18 years of age.
AND
Obtained a minimum of three passes at the G.C.E (A / L) examination with Tamil as a subject or an equivalent qualification
OR
Obtained a minimum of three passes at the G.C.E (A / L) in the Tamil medium with at least a ‘B’ grade in Tamil and Tamil Literature at the G.C.E O / L or equivalent examination
OR
Successfully completed the National Diploma in Teaching (Tamil Language) from National Colleges of Education
OR
Any other equivalent or higher qualification acceptable to the Senate of the OUSL.
