Salary Scale (as at 01.01.2020):
1, U-AC XIV): Lecturer (Probationary) =: Rs. 54,600 - 10 x 1,335 - 67,950 pm.
2. U-AC 3) : Lecturer (Unconfirmed) =; Rs. 69,380 - 5 x 1,630 - 77,730 pm.
3. U-AC 3I1) Senior Lecturer Grade I] =< Rs. 79,360 - 11 x 1,630 - 97,290 p.m.
4, U-AC XD Senior Lecturer GradeI = = Rs. 91,310 - 7 x 2,170 - 106,300 p.m.
Other Benefits:
1, Senior Lecturer Grade I’ Grade II will be entitled for sabbatical leave of one-year duration with full pay. on completion of seven years of service.
2. Gratuity payment at the retirement’ end of the service, in accordance with the provisions of the payment of
gratuity Act No. 12 of 1983.
3. Contributions by the emplover, to the University Provident Fund and the Pension: of the employee in 7% and 8% of the salary by the emplovee, respectively.
4, Employees Trust Fund benefits of 3% of the salary, by the emplover.
