ssistant Territory Manager | Nuwara Eliya
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and product penetration within retail channels by implementing effective sales campaigns to meet sales and revenue targets established by management.
- Enhance retail brand visibility by utilizing updated marketing materials to raise awareness and ensure brand availability in the minds of customers and retailers.
- Effectively monitor and manage partners, sub-dealers, distributors, and channel partners to ensure 100% availability of products and services.
- Conduct regular route visits, promotions, market audits, and analyze market behaviors to cultivate and strengthen relationships in the assigned territory.
- Assist in the development of staff at touchpoints and alternative partners to ensure excellent customer experiences and increase cross-sell and upsell revenues.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of G.C.E. O/L and A/L examinations.
- Preference given to candidates with a background in General Management / Marketing.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Retail / FMCG in a similar capacity.
- Proficient in customer engagement, negotiation, team building, and sales skills.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory, with proficiency in English; proficiency in Sinhala and Tamil is advantageous.
