Post: Assistant General Manager (Nursery Management) Grade II - 01
Qualifications
and Experience:
BSc. Special Degree in Agriculture / Special Degree. related to Bio Science recognised by the University Grants Commission and 03 years service experience in Coconut Estate Management / Nursery Management Estate Management at Managerial Level in a Government approved institute.
Salary Segment: MM 1-3
Salary
Scale : Rs. 55,925/=(1,375x10) (1,910x15) 98,325/-
Age : Should not be less than 22 years and not more than 45 years. The upper age limit does not apply for internal candidates.

Qualifications
and Experience :
Special
Degree in Accountancy/Commerce recognised by the University Grants Commission
and 03 years service experience at Managerial Level in the relevant field.

Post: Regional Manager - Grade II - 02
Qualifications
and Experience:
BSc.
Special Degree in Agriculture / Degree in Agriculture recognized by the
University Grants Commission
and
03 years service experience in the relevant subject field
Salary Scale : Rs. 53,175/- (1.910x15) 95,575/- (1,375x10)
Age: Should not be less than 22 years and not be more than 45 years. The upper age limit does not apply for internal candidates.
Method of Recruitment: Through a structured interview.
Other Conditions: All applicants should be Sri Lankan citizens. Should be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties assigned to the post as well as to serve in any part of the island.
